Hours: 37
Salary: From £48,000 based on skills and experience
About the Role:
Are you ready to lead high-impact infrastructure projects that shape the future of water delivery?
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team, delivering critical water programmes with budgets up to £10 million as part of our 5-year AMP cycle.
This is your chance to drive fast-paced, reactive delivery; leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex programmes, and making a lasting impact in a role where no two days are the same.

- Coordinate internal teams and external partners with clear communication
- Report on progress, forecast risks, and support strategic decisions
- Work closely with Senior Project Manager & Programme Manager to ensure programme clarity
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects—ideally within utilities, water, or construction.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence in risk management and commercial forecasting.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
