Project Manager
World Wide Technology (WWT) has an opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee the rollout of IT and infrastructure solutions supporting office moves, space redesigns, and wider business change programmes.
We're looking for someone who can own technology outcomes from planning through to go-live balancing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while working alongside facilities, construction, and vendor partners.
Contract Details
- Title: Project Manager
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure rollouts across multiple locations.
- Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance.
- Coordinate network, AV, workplace technology, and device deployments.
- Manage vendors, budgets, forecasting, and supplier costs.
- Coordinate testing, go-live, sign-off, and handover to support teams.
- Act as the technology lead in discussions with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Provide clear project updates to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Track record delivering IT infrastructure programmes end-to-end.
- Background in office moves, refurbishments, or similar projects.
- Confidence managing vendors, budgets, and cross-team governance.
- Comfortable juggling several workstreams at once.
- Skilled at distilling complex updates for senior audiences.
Desirable:
- Exposure to AV, collaboration tools, or cabling infrastructure.
- Experience handing solutions over into live support.
- Background negotiating or managing supplier contracts.
