Overview of the role and opportunity

The Integrated Agency Team Project Manager supports the Kenvue Power of One model and integrated ways of working across EMEA. This role collaborates with global and regional leaders to customize and implement the integrated agency model across various capabilities such as media, creative, production, commerce, and social/influencer, both within Publicis and with clients and partner agencies to drive the process forward.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Integrated Agency Lead with regards to process deliverables, to create a seamless, scalable. This role acts as the connective tissue, customizing and applying global standards and best practices, identifying successes and risks, and optimizing processes to support local, regional, and global Kenvue transformation ambitions and ways of working.

Ideal for a process-driven individual who seeks innovative, effective ways of working, it requires understanding global vs. regional vs. local operating models, process implementation, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders across multiple markets and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.

Agency Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between the media agency partners, and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with strategy, planning, buying, analytics, creative, and production teams.
  • Ensure agency deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Facilitate integrated working sessions and IAT status meetings.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with:
    • Marketing teams
    • Brand managers
    • Media agencies
    • Creative agencies
    • Production partners
    • Procurement
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans for senior leadership.

Process Improvement

  • Establish and maintain project management with best practices.
  • Improve workflows between client and agency teams.
  • Drive operational efficiencies using Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Maintain governance documentation and project templates.

Performance & Reporting

  • Develop project dashboards and status reports.
  • Monitor KPIs related to delivery, timelines, budget, and campaign readiness.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
