Project Manager – Construction / Estates
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits
Type: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading organisation operating within the technology, engineering and defence sectors, supporting the delivery of construction and estates projects across a secure and technically complex environment.
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus benefits. The successful candidate will initially be based on site in Farnborough 4 days per week for the first 6 months, allowing time to build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. This is expected to reduce to 3 days per week thereafter.

The Role
- Manage construction and estates projects from planning through to delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks, quality and Health & Safety.
- Support projects through the relevant RIBA stages.
- Ensure works comply with Building Regulations and CDM Regulations.
- Work with contractors and suppliers under NEC3 contracts.
- Build and coordinate project teams to successfully deliver construction projects.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience managing and building teams to deliver construction projects.
- Working knowledge of RIBA Stages.
- Working knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Good understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
- Working knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
- Experience delivering projects within complex or operational environments would be advantageous.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate can commence with BPSS clearance but must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
