About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our growing Winchester team and help shape the next stage of its development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new as the team evolves, working with supportive colleagues on a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including defence, higher education and healthcare.
If you have proven construction project management experience, this role will give you the opportunity to take ownership of projects, build strong client relationships and develop your career within a collaborative consultancy environment. You will be encouraged to broaden your experience, work across all stages of the project lifecycle and take clear steps towards further professional progression.

What Will Help You Thrive in This Role?
- Ability to successfully deliver projects and help build positive client relationships
- Proven construction project management experience, including working with professional teams
- Experience across the pre-construction and construction stages of a project
- Confidence preparing clear, professional reports and project documentation
- A willingness to take ownership, contribute ideas and grow with the Winchester team as it develops
- An understanding of both NEC and JCT contracts would be beneficial
The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including MS Project
- A degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. We will consider a range of degree backgrounds where there is relevant experience and potential
- Professional accreditation, or a commitment to working towards accreditation such as RICS, CIOB or APM, would be welcomed and supported
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence contributing to presentations and client-facing meetings
