Project Manager | Sourcing & Procurement Programme | Energy Company
Hybrid: 1 day per week in London
Contract: Initial 6 months with strong likelihood of extension

We're supporting an energy company undergoing a significant technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic sourcing and procurement programme.
This role will see you driving the delivery of a business-critical initiative focused on shaping the organisation's future technology landscape. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, commercial and business functions to ensure the programme is delivered successfully from mobilisation through to execution.

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of a complex transformation programme
- Developing and managing integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps
- Owning governance, RAID management, reporting and steering committee updates
- Coordinating senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Managing programme risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting procurement and sourcing activities alongside commercial teams
- Driving alignment across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery

We're looking for:
- Extensive experience delivering complex technology or business transformation programmes
- Strong project governance, planning and PMO expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management, with experience engaging senior leadership
- Experience within procurement, sourcing or commercial transformation programmes is highly desirable
- A structured, delivery-focused approach with the ability to drive programmes through to completion
