Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between the customer and Operations teams throughout project delivery
  • Manage project costs, revenue reporting, forecasting, and change management to ensure projects remain within budget
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor project and contractor schedules, including programme preparation and tie-ins
  • Lead project pre-planning, resource forecasting, and inventory management to support efficient project delivery
  • Work closely with management to coordinate major equipment and material purchases
  • Attend construction planning meetings, project meetings, and site walks as required
  • Support the management of quality control, health and safety, and compliance across all projects
  • Provide support to site teams and field operations to ensure projects progress efficiently and to programme
  • Monitor project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with required QA/QC standards
  • Review daily reports, site records, and other project documentation
  • Review, approve, and submit vendor and customer invoices, ensuring project details, dates, rates, and costs are accurate
  • Ensure compliance with CDM requirements and other applicable project legislation
  • Monitor and support environmental compliance throughout project delivery
  • Manage NEC/JCT contract administration, including contractual requirements, variations, and change management

Qualifications

  • CSCS card
  • SMSTS
  • Valid UK driving licence

Education & Experience

  • Civil Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing CIPP, Manhole Coatings, and other types of trenchless rehabilitation construction required
  • Organised, detailed-oriented, and possess excellent time management and Microsoft Office skills with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel for both long and short-term projects
