Our client is a well-established and highly respected residential developer with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality homes and mixed-use developments across the South West. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major residential scheme in Bristol.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven construction professional with a proven background in managing large-scale concrete frame residential developments from inception through to completion.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of a flagship residential project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project team, you will provide strong leadership throughout the construction lifecycle while maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a major concrete frame residential development from pre-construction through to completion.
- Manage programme, budget, quality, and project performance.
- Coordinate and oversee site management teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project.
- Monitor construction progress, identifying and mitigating risks to programme and cost.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Ensure works are delivered in line with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and company quality requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Technical, Commercial, and Design teams to resolve construction challenges.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
- Lead project handover, commissioning, and final completion.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale residential developments.
- Strong experience managing reinforced concrete frame (RC Frame) construction projects.
- Previous experience working for a residential developer, main contractor, or specialist contractor delivering high-rise or multi-storey residential schemes.
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and project delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project costs.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC requirements, and current health and safety legislation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
- Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent).
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (or willingness to maintain).
