12 month contract, hybrid working 4 days a week in office & 1 day WFH

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of investment vehicle product launches and material product changes (e.g. guidelines, liquidations/mergers) of varying complexity and type through effective planning, organization, communication, implementation and management of corresponding project teams.

You will ensure we have maximized value by ensuring connection to overall product strategy throughout the product lifecycle and will focus on improving product launch and execution capabilities across Europe and Asia by creating seamless connections between product development, planning and delivery capabilities; and ensuring adoption of global best practices.

You will partner with Product Group leaders to lead, develop and oversee delivery of a portfolio of product development and launch initiatives aligned to strategic business plans. You will lead efforts to develop and analyze options to solve strategic business problems as it relates to product launches and product changes including product management and implementation of regulatory obligations, and partner with stakeholders to recommend appropriate approaches for solving business challenges and ensuring alignment with global product priorities. You will develop subject matter expertise in detailed end to end product launch processes and requirements and understand the impacts to the various enterprise teams. You will continually look for ways to scale product launch capabilities, identify and implement continuous improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of seven years of project management experience with a track record of successful execution of assigned projects to deliver business outcomes based on key drivers (i.e., time, budget, resources, scope)
  • Experience working in the asset /investment management industry (e.g., mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, collective investment trusts, private funds) and/or familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles including UCITS Funds would be strongly preferred for this role
  • Experience working with product development, product planning and/or product launch leading successful business or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment
  • Skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders
  • Partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change
  • Previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
  • Consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results
