Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PFI expiry and handback programmes? We’re recruiting for a Project Manager – PFI Expiry to lead a key programme across multiple sites in London.

This is a 12-month contract paying £450 per day inside IR35, with responsibility for lifecycle works, asset condition, remedial works, compliance and transition planning through to successful handback.

The Role

As The Project Manager – PFI Expiry, You Will

  • Manage projects and workstreams associated with PFI contract expiry and handback.
  • Oversee lifecycle, remedial and asset condition works.
  • Coordinate contractors and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage compliance requirements and transition planning.
  • Monitor programme, commercial and financial performance.
  • Support a smooth and compliant handback across a complex estate.

About You

To be successful as the Project Manager – PFI Expiry, you’ll have:

  • Strong Project Management experience within Facilities Management.
  • Proven experience working with PFI contracts.
  • Previous PFI expiry, handback or exit programme experience.
  • Good knowledge of lifecycle and asset management.
  • Experience managing contractors across complex estates.
  • Strong commercial, financial and programme management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
