Location

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work in one of our offices in the UK (Corby, Manchester, or Warrington).

Join our Global Shared Business Services team

Lead high-impact Order to Cash (O2C) transformation programmes across RS Group. This is a brilliant opportunity to drive global change, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver real business outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, builds strong relationships, and gets things done.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global O2C transformation initiatives
  • Drive progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects deliver measurable value
  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, align priorities, and accelerate decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops to move things forward
  • Identify risks and proactively drive solutions
  • Embed standardised, scalable ways of working
  • Champion change and ensure successful adoption across markets

Desirable

  • Experience in global transformation programmes
  • Proven project delivery experience in a Shared Services environment
  • Experience with O2C
  • Project/Change certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PROSCI)
  • Vendor management or additional languages
