Project Manager/Account Manager - New Business

Hampshire/Hybrid

40k-45k base + amazing benefits + profit share

About the Client

My client is the UK’s leading provider for premium and bespoke private label supplements and nutrition products. Offering a seamless full-service solution, they specialise in branding, product development, and manufacturing with a highly experienced in-house team of experts. With over 20 professionals passionate about innovation, they simplify the process of creating and launching high-quality nutrition products in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

The Role

The client is looking for a commercially minded Account Manager/Project Manager for New Business to join their growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of new client projects once the initial formulation and costings have been established, driving them through development, packaging, and delivery to the sign-off of the project. Acting as the key point of contact during this critical phase, you will balance client expectations, commercial viability, and technical execution to bring products to life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves getting things done, and enjoys managing multiple projects at once. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the development journey, supporting product development, packaging, and commercial decisions to bring concepts to life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
