Project Manager

Compensation: £50,000 - £55,000 / year
Description
To lead the delivery of complex strategic projects, ensuring project outcomes, budgets, milestones, partner commitments and contract requirements are delivered effectively and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, mobilisation, delivery and close-out of complex projects and programmes.
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, milestones, dependencies and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with funder, contract, procurement, governance and reporting obligations.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, funders and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and take action to address delivery, financial or compliance risks.
- Support the development of funding bids, project proposals, business cases and delivery models.
- Prepare clear reports for senior management, funders, boards or steering groups.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experienced project manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, externally funded or partnership-based projects. Skilled in planning, risk management, stakeholder management, budget oversight and compliance. Relevant Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.

Additional Information
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that the post holder will be in the office at least three days a week. Some travel is expected between UKATC locations, offices and facilities. On occasion, out of hours work may be required to meet the needs of the post.
