Stakeholder & Client Management

• Establish clear communication channels and engage clients early to align expectations, responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure clients understand their required inputs, decisions, and obligations to support delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project.
• Manage expectations through regular communication, transparent reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and governance forums, ensuring all communication is clear, timely, and solution focused.

Commercial & Scope Management

• Monitor project performance against budget, forecasts, and commercial expectations, escalating risks where required.
• Manage scope, change control, and project variations to maintain commercial protection and contractual alignment.
• Work closely with account managers and delivery leads to assess and manage impacts arising from changes to scope, dependencies, or timelines.

Team Coordination & Resource Management

• Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and delivery expectations are clear.
• Work with the delivery and technical leads to plan and coordinate resource needs.
• Track delivery progress across project teams and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
• Support collaboration across internal teams and help remove blockers to effective delivery.
• Promote a culture of accountability, joined-up working, and shared ownership of outcomes.

Project Readiness

• Review Statements of Work, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery risks before project initiation.
• Ensure client dependencies are addressed early to avoid delays, identify delivery considerations that may impact scope, resources, or timelines, and help establish clear ownership, controls, and expectations from the outset.

Reporting, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Produce concise project status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, RAIDD logs, actions, and governance materials.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery practices, templates, and ways of working while ensuring consistency across project documentation and administration.

Key Outcomes / Success Measures

• Projects are delivered to agreed timescales, budget, scope, and quality standards.
• Projects maintain momentum with minimal avoidable delays or disruption.
• Engineer utilisation optimised through effective planning, scheduling, and dependency management.

Person, Skills & Experience:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable managing multiple concurrent client engagements within a fast-paced technology and managed services environment. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality standards.

You will bring strong experience in project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery coordination. Experience managing project scope, budgets, forecasts, dependencies, and change control processes is essential, alongside the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain delivery momentum and successful client outcomes.

You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, build trusted client relationships, and manage competing priorities effectively. Strong experience facilitating project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and governance forums is required, along with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience delivering technology, cloud, data, AI, business applications, infrastructure, or software development projects would be highly advantageous. You will also demonstrate a strong understanding of project governance, commercial controls, resource planning, and reporting, ensuring projects remain aligned to customer expectations, contractual commitments, and business objectives.
