Who are we looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in software implementation and/or upgrade to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate has a proven record of judgment in planning and accomplishing goals, managing stakeholders, and performing a variety of tasks while leading and directing the work of project team members. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison between HOIST and the customer
- Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and project artifacts, following HOIST’s methodology
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and mitigate risks
- Manage project resources and ensure optimal resource allocation
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct project lessons learned and create recommendations for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration and innovation

MUST Have
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 50% availability for travel
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in software implementation and/or upgrade project management
- Minimum 3 years in client-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management software tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Legally entitled to work in the country you are applying for
What sets you apart
- Experience in ERP implementation or update project management
- Experience with IFS project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
