About the Job

The International Baccalaureate is transitioning from paper to digital examinations for the Diploma Programme and Career-related Programme by the early 2030s. This Project Manager role is a critical member of the DPCP Digital Assessment Initiative team within the Digital and Data Office. Working closely with the Core Leadership Team and internal and vendor delivery colleagues, the role will coordinate work across multiple workstreams while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and governance reporting, ensuring project deliverables, timelines and reporting requirements meet sponsor expectations and IB guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive project plans aligned with strategic goals, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities and accountability for project team members.
  • Manage project execution to achieve agreed outcomes and coordinate delivery across teams and workstreams.
  • Monitor and manage dependencies across internal teams, vendors and delivery partners.
  • Identify and assess project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve project performance.
  • Manage change requests through the agreed change control process in a timely manner.
  • Establish effective project governance and criteria for evaluating project success.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed and accepted, capturing lessons learned at project closure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
