Project Manager

Are you a dynamic Project Manager ready to lead projects that help shape the future of care? Care UK, an award-winning private care provider with over 250 care homes across the United Kingdom, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated team.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead a range of high-profile projects, from the commissioning of new care homes and integration of acquisitions to delivering transformational change programmes, systems implementations, and process improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Director in delivering allocated change, transformation, and divestment projects, ensuring successful implementation of associated systems and processes.
  • Assist with the delivery of system training programmes, compliance audits, and continuous monitoring activities to support operational excellence.
  • Champion Care UK's core values, ensuring they are reflected in all aspects of project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities are upheld at all times.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high personal and professional standards that inspire confidence and accountability in others.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across the Project Portfolio Management Team (PPMT) and the wider organisation.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and present project updates, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders, including the Executive Team, as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory frameworks and governing bodies that oversee care homes across the UK.
  • Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
