Project Manager
Rate: Up to £800 per day via umbrella inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Hybrid – 2-3 days in London offer OR 100% remote
Summary
We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative Project Manager to join our Business Enablement team.
This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of projects across our Business Enablement organisation.
Projects may vary in scope and complexity, ranging from operational improvements and workplace initiatives to cross-functional programs. Regardless of the project, the common thread is bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to teams working across multiple functions.
You'll work with stakeholders from across the business, helping translate goals into clear plans, aligning contributors around a shared vision of success, managing dependencies and risks, while ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
The success of this role will rely on creating the conditions that enable our subject matter experts in project teams to do their best work and deliver successfully.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and business initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
- Create clear project structures, plans, timelines, milestones, and operating rhythms.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Establish governance mechanisms that support effective decision-making and transparent communication.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and proactively drive resolution.
- Provide regular project updates, status reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain focus on desired results while adapting plans as priorities evolve.
- Support teams in navigating ambiguity and complexity by creating clarity and structure.
- Drive accountability while fostering strong collaboration and partnership across functions.

- Proven experience managing projects or programmes involving multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse groups.
- Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and keep delivery on track.
- Experience establishing governance, reporting, and project management best practices.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
