Experienced Project Manager for Major ERP Implementation
Growth Technology Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation and support wider business transformation across the organisation.
This is a high-profile role requiring someone who can take full ownership of the project—from initial discovery and process mapping through to system selection, implementation, testing, training and successful go-live.
Our previous ERP implementation highlighted the importance of strong project leadership, clear accountability and genuine engagement across the business. We are therefore looking for a commercially minded Project Manager who will challenge where necessary, maintain momentum and ensure that internal stakeholders and external implementation partners deliver against agreed objectives.
The Role
The role will include:
- Developing and maintaining the overall project plan, budget, timetable and governance framework
- Leading discovery sessions across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Warehousing and other key functions
- Documenting current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Translating operational requirements into clear system and functional specifications
- Coordinating internal stakeholders, software providers, consultants and implementation partners
- Managing project risks, dependencies, decisions and change requests
- Holding all parties accountable for agreed actions and deadlines
- Providing clear and regular progress reports to the senior leadership team
- Overseeing data migration, system configuration, testing and user acceptance
- Developing training, communication and change-management plans
- Supporting the business through go-live and post-implementation stabilisation
- Ensuring the completed solution delivers measurable operational and commercial benefits

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
