Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Facilities Management or Construction?

A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Project Manager in Northamptonshire to deliver a diverse portfolio of Billable Works projects across a secure estate. This is an excellent opportunity to manage projects from inception through to completion while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

The Role

As The Project Manager, You'll

  • Manage Billable Works projects from initiation through to successful completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to agree project scope, priorities and delivery programmes.
  • Manage contractors and supply chain partners, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor project budgets, risks and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, statutory regulations and company procedures.
  • Resolve project issues and drive continuous improvement throughout delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering Facilities Management or Construction projects.
  • Experience managing contractors, project teams and multiple workstreams.
  • HNC/HND in Building, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • A recognised health & safety qualification such as SMSTS.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
  • A full UK Driving Licence and the ability to obtain SC Clearance.
