Office Fit Out & Refurbishment
London | Permanent or Long-Term Freelance
£70,000 - £80,000 + Package (DOE)

Looking to join a growing fit-out contractor with an impressive pipeline of work?
Our client is an established design, fit-out and refurbishment specialist delivering high-quality (fast track) CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.
With multiple projects secured and a strong order book through to Christmas, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join the delivery team. This reputable business prides itself on building long-term relationships, delivering exceptional quality and creating workplaces where people can thrive.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for delivering fast-track commercial fit-out projects from inception through to completion, typically ranging from £1m-£5m. Working closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple CAT A, CAT B and refurbishment projects.
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors and client meetings.
  • Drive programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate with internal commercial, pre-construction and delivery teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and consultants throughout project delivery.

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out/refurbishment projects.
  • Strong track record managing projects valued between £1m-£5m.
  • Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-track environment.
  • SMSTS, Managers CSCS and First Aid required.
