Project Manager

Element Logic UK is experiencing exciting growth, and we're looking for a driven and results-focused Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming conceptual solutions into fully operational, high-performing warehouses.
Working closely with our customers and cross-functional expert teams, you’ll ensure our automation solutions deliver maximum impact. This is your opportunity to lead the implementation of innovative technologies that are reshaping the future of warehouse automation.
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in transforming our sales trajectory towards project modus.
- Implement a strong structure throughout the project from Kick-off towards regular updates and critical deadlines.
- Build and maintain a relationship with key stakeholders with our customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure we deliver upon our promise both in timing and solution.
- As a connector, you ensure that all different contributors are on the same page.
- You are financially responsible for the project and manage it as such.
- Report regularly on status and progress to the project team and its stakeholders.
- Guide the customer from a complete project towards our Customer Success department.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Educational background in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, logistics, business or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in intralogistics or automation technology.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince, IPMA); a certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in the material handling industry is preferred, and familiarity with AutoStore systems is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of intralogistics and logistics processes.
- Solid experience with end-to-end project management.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- A solid understanding of Health and safety.
- Contribute to developing better delivery processes.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic electrical and data networking knowledge.
- Proficiency in English is required, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of working time.

Place of Work
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates are ideally based in M62 corridor/Central/Southern England to support travel to customers and the office as required.
