Leading Global Fin-Tech Organisation Seeks Project Manager
A leading global Fin-tech organisation seeks a Project Manager to drive strategic Wealth Management programmes.
You'll manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation to benefits realisation—while engaging with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Competitive Compensation Package: Up to £125 k base + 30% bonus + stocks
Working with a highly successful global Fin-tech company
5 days a week onsite in their London city office
Your Role:
- Lead cross-functional projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring robust governance and timely delivery.
- Develop project plans, RAID logs, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
- Assess impact and provide options analysis for reprioritisation decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to define operating models and drive organisational readiness.
- Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst during early project stages when needed.

Your Profile:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a Wealth Management or highly regulated financial services company.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with MD/C-Suite executives.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance best practices.
- Adaptability to blend fintech innovation with traditional financial processes.
- A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
