Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Kilmarnock / Hybrid
Job Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: Up to £65K + Car allowance + Bonus + Package

Client Overview

Our client is a highly successful and expanding hospitality and leisure operator with an established portfolio of venues and an ambitious growth strategy across Scotland. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer experience, they continue to invest significantly in new developments and refurbishments across hospitality, leisure, and accommodation projects.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their property team and play a key role in delivering a varied pipeline of projects across Scotland.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Property, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of new-build, refurbishment, and accommodation development projects from initial feasibility through to final handover.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and design teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while supporting the organisation's operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple new build, fit-out, and refurbishment projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and design coordination through to construction and completion.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement activities, contractor appointments, and commercial performance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the development process.
  • Monitor project quality, construction progress, programme performance, and risk, taking proactive action to resolve challenges and maintain delivery objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, planning requirements, health & safety legislation, and CDM responsibilities.
  • Chair project meetings, provide regular progress reporting to senior stakeholders, and maintain clear project documentation.
  • Oversee project handovers, snagging activities, and operational readiness, ensuring completed developments meet business and customer expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
