Projects & Innovation Manager
We are recruiting for a Projects & Innovation Manager to lead strategic projects within a leading training provider. This is a key role focused on improving operational performance, learner experience, and business capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and mobilisation of complex projects from planning through to completion.
- Develop project plans, governance, reporting, and delivery roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and organisational change.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, budgets, risks, and performance.
- Use data and insight to identify improvements and measure project impact.
- Support the delivery of high-profile programmes, events, and business initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic priorities.
- Line manage and develop an Events Coordinator.

About You
- Project Management experience within an Independent Training Provider or Automotive essential.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects or business improvement initiatives.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing change, suppliers, risks, and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, results-focused approach with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.

Desirable:
- PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent qualifications are desirable, as is experience within automotive, retail, learning, or customer experience environments.
