Project Manager | One Mars | Starcom | Hybrid
We are hiring a Project Manager to join One Mars, Publicis Groupe’s dedicated global solution for Mars, helping deliver connected and impactful work for some of the world’s most recognised brands. This is an opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile global partnership, bringing together teams across media, social, commerce, production and measurement. Working across multiple markets and stakeholders, you’ll help create the clarity, alignment and momentum that turn great ideas into exceptional outcomes. What you'll be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated projects, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery roadmaps that keep teams focused and informed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, creating alignment and shared accountability across projects.
- Identify risks, dependencies and potential challenges early, developing practical solutions to keep delivery on track.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external partners and client stakeholders, providing clear project updates throughout.
- Support strong project governance, resource planning and change management processes to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance project management practices and ways of working across the wider team.

- Experience delivering projects within marketing, media, consultancy or another collaborative project-based environment.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confidence building trusted relationships and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence discussions in a constructive and collaborative way.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the judgement to navigate complexity and changing priorities.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools to support delivery and reporting.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a team-oriented mindset, combined with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and positive client experiences.
