About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead engineering projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and maintain clear communication throughout every stage of project execution.

About the Team

You'll become part of a collaborative Project Management team within NOV's Fluid Motion Solutions business. Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Operations, you'll gain broad exposure to the complete manufacturing process while contributing to successful project delivery.

Why This Role Matters

This is a role where no two projects are the same. You'll balance technical requirements, production priorities, and customer expectations while working with multiple stakeholders across the business. Success comes from building strong relationships, making sound decisions, and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
