Objectives of this Role
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Integrate & Coordinate with Global facilities in ensuring the program timeline are achieved
- Experience in managing complex project with new technology – product introduction
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Manage budget and funding channels for the factory building, installation, commissioning and full production
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with project sponsors, engineering teams, facilities management, contractors, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and execution plans for equipment installation and facility construction projects.
- Lead and manage construction and equipment deployment projects from concept, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project activities are executed safely, efficiently, and within established timelines.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including capital expenditures (CAPEX), procurement costs, contractor costs, contingency planning, and cost forecasting, while ensuring adherence to approved financial targets.
- Identify project requirements, technical specifications, permits, regulatory approvals, and compliance obligations necessary for successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance, construction progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions when required.
- Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impacts on schedule, budget, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate procurement activities, contractor selection, bid evaluations, contract administration, and vendor performance management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee equipment installation, facility modifications, infrastructure upgrades, testing, commissioning, validation, and final acceptance processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, industry requirements, and company policies.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications by providing regular project status updates, risk assessments, financial reports, and progress reviews to management and project sponsors.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, construction drawings, schedules, contracts, change orders, commissioning reports, and project closeout documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance construction methodologies, project delivery processes, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Extensive experience in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of implementation on new technology
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
