We're Hiring: Workday Project Manager | London | Contract
Location: London (candidates based in Leeds, Edinburgh, or Aberdeen who can report to those offices may also be considered)
Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite
Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months
Experience: 15 years
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to join a client's Workday product group, managing delivery of multiple small projects as part of a 2–3-year roadmap of changes across their Workday ecosystem — including Peakon, Adaptive, Extend & Prism.
This role reports to the Workday product group owner and involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Technology, as well as the ERP's Descopes delivery team, the Cognizant AMS supplier, and Workday support teams.

What You'll Do
- Manage delivery of multiple small projects (£50k–£200k) in parallel within the Workday ecosystem roadmap
- Report to the Workday product group owner
- Liaise with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance and Technology
- Work with the ERP Descopes delivery team, the Cognizant AMS supplier, and Workday support teams

- Proven experience managing multiple small projects (£50k–£200k) in parallel
- Agile and DevSecOps delivery experience on SaaS & Lo/No Code platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Jira experience preferred
- ERP or adjacent systems experience
- Deep Workday platform/technical knowledge is not required
