Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role with requirements to travel to site regularly. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to indoor air solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Project Manager will lead project meetings, track risks and issues, prepare status reports, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, inventory, and supply chain activities.
  • Background in Inspection, quality control, or compliance checks within manufacturing or technical projects.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems is an advantage.
  • Relevant technical or business degree (e.g., engineering, project management, operations) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in HVAC, building services, industrial environments, or indoor air solutions is beneficial.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
