Greenjets
Greenjets is a British engineering company developing high-performance propulsion and autonomous aircraft systems. We bring together engineering, manufacturing, integration and flight testing to turn ambitious ideas into hardware that delivers.
We do things differently. We move fast, experiment and challenge conventional thinking to go further, faster and more efficiently. Our products are designed, developed and manufactured in the UK, supported by a robust, secure and ethical supply chain.
About the Job
Turn technical ambition into delivered capability.
As a Project Manager at Greenjets, you’ll own the delivery of a small portfolio of projects, bringing together engineering, procurement, production and test teams to develop new products and deliver customer commitments.
You’ll turn complex requirements into achievable plans, keep teams focused on priorities and tackle risks before they become blockers. You’ll bring discipline to schedules, budgets and decisions, with a practical approach that keeps delivery moving.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving business. Priorities will evolve and information will sometimes be incomplete. You’ll need to ask good questions, challenge assumptions and make the trade-offs clear—while keeping customers and colleagues aligned.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
