Devon Communities Together is an independent charity that supports and empowers communities across Devon to address rural insecurities and inequalities. The organisation delivers a wide range of innovative projects and practical services that focus on strengthening community resilience and improving access to resources. Team members work closely with local groups, public bodies, and partners to co-create solutions tailored to each community’s needs.

Devon Communities Together is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Project Manager to join our team and help deliver projects that make a positive, lasting difference to communities across Devon.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, turning ideas into action and managing projects from planning through to successful delivery. You will work with communities, partners, funders and stakeholders to ensure projects achieve meaningful outcomes and create real social impact.

About You
We are looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative project professional who can combine strong project management skills with a genuine commitment to supporting communities.
You will need:
- Passion and commitment for working in the voluntary and charitable sector and for collaborating with communities to create positive change.
- Understanding of asset-based community development, inclusive and community led collaboration and community engagement, co-design and co-production.
- A strong core project management skillset including resource management, effective communication, facilitation, training design and delivery, impact evaluation and report production.
- Determination and proven ability to deliver outcomes against targets within a fixed timeframe.
- The drive to manage and learn from a diverse and complex workload, in a dynamic working environment.
