Job Summary
Since its inception in 2005, Evolve has been driven by a commitment to revolutionise the support provided to hard-working multi-site brands often overlooked by traditional technology providers. Our tailored approach addresses the unique challenges faced by these brands, emphasising exceptional technical support and customer service. This covers GDPR Compliant Guest Wi-Fi, SD WAN Networks, Managed Wi-Fi/LAN Infrastructure, Broadband / Leased Lines, Network Security, PCI Consultancy, and structured cabling.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Team Management
- Manage the Project Team by overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and providing direction.
- Liaise with the Project Coordinator & Support Team to ensure seamless execution of project tasks and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a central point for all project-related requests, ensuring clarity and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with Directors, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations.
- Implement and manage projects both in the UK and internationally, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with local regulations where applicable.
- Adapt and realign project strategies in response to changing business needs, industry trends, or unforeseen challenges.

Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and maintain a real-time overview of project status and priorities, ensuring proactive adjustments where needed.
- Run regular and ad-hoc reporting on resource utilization, project performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure budget tracking and financial reporting to maintain cost control and prevent budget overruns.

Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks and issues early, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to minimize disruptions.
- Foster open communication across teams to surface potential project challenges and opportunities promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations, particularly for international projects.

Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Ensure transparency in communication, keeping all stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and adjustments.
- Understand and align project deliverables to meet the expectations of both internal and external customers.
About You
- Strong general office technology skills, particularly with standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proven Project Management including experience in:
- Telecommunications and Networking to include at least some key areas of WIFI, SD WAN, Managed WIFI / LAN Infrastructure, Broadband, Leased Line, Network Security, PCI Consultancy and Structured cabling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Experience working with Microsoft Project or equivalent project task planning tools and Microsoft Visio diagramming/flow-charting tools
- Strong relationship building and inter-personal skills
- Large scale business requirements of Telecommunications and Networking
- Great organisational skills
- Assertive, Self-Motivated and with a drive and determination to get things done
- Can communicate with staff at all levels
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate a practical approach when faced with problems or challenges
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent timekeeping, reliable and trustworthy
