About the Role
As a Project Manager within JCB Power Products in Wrexham, you’ll play a key role in delivering both current product upgrades and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused position requiring strong day-to-day coordination across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You’ll be responsible for tracking cross-functional activity in line with established group processes, ensuring robust and timely product solutions are achieved. The role requires strong communication, energy, and a proactive mindset, alongside the ability to influence and drive progress across stakeholders.
What Does This Role Involve Day to Day?
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Manage day-to-day coordination of current product upgrades and NPI projects
- Track cross-functional activity to ensure alignment with group processes and timelines
- Drive delivery of robust product solutions to agreed milestones
Governance & Reporting
- Lead and facilitate project and cross-functional reviews in line with established processes
- Produce, maintain, and report on key project metrics
- Ensure project documentation and governance standards are met

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Support and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution

- Present project updates, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving project delivery processes and methodologies
- Support adherence to gated processes and business delivery frameworks
This Will Be Suited to You If…
- You have project management experience within a manufacturing environment
- You have a good understanding of business delivery frameworks and gated processes
- You have transferable knowledge of powertrain or power generation (desirable)
- You bring high energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- You're confident leading cross-functional activity and influencing stakeholders
- You're organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
- You have strong problem-solving skills with the tenacity to overcome challenges and achieve results
- You're comfortable presenting to stakeholders and managing expectations
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to deliver outcomes
