PMO Manager – Acquisitions & Transformation

West Midlands | Hybrid | Professional Services

We are recruiting for a rapidly scaling, investment professional services business with an active acquisition and transformation agenda.

This is a high-visibility role at the centre of the organisation’s growth. Working closely with the Head of PMO, Head of Integration and senior leadership team, you will provide the programme control, governance and management information needed to keep multiple strategic initiatives moving.

You will create a clear, firm-wide view of acquisition integrations, transformation programmes and other business-critical projects connecting individual workstreams, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring senior leaders have the information needed to make timely decisions.

The role will entail:

  • Maintaining the portfolio roadmap across acquisitions, integrations and transformation programmes.
  • Establishing consistent programme plans, RAID logs, decision logs and reporting standards.
  • Producing clear, decision-focused reporting for senior leaders and the Board.
  • Monitoring delivery against agreed milestones and constructively challenging slippage.
  • Supporting acquisition activity from pre-completion and Day One through to longer-term integration.
  • Identifying dependencies, resource constraints and competing organisational priorities.
  • Tracking benefits, synergies and wider strategic outcomes.
  • Improving PMO systems, dashboards, templates and ways of working.
  • Using technology, automation and AI to create a more scalable PMO infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
