We’re looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our growing Bristol Hub, working on exciting projects across the Aerospace & Aviation sectors.

You’ll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to drive projects forward in dynamic, technically challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives, scope, timescales and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, developing mitigation plans and escalating challenges where necessary.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditure to ensure projects remain aligned with financial targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to maintain alignment and drive progress.
- Performance Reporting: Track project performance, monitor KPIs and provide clear reporting and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Governance & Change Control: Maintain effective project governance, manage changes and ensure appropriate documentation and assurance processes are followed.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate project teams, manage competing priorities and create an environment where collaboration and accountability drive results.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, share best practice and help teams work smarter.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing projects or work packages, ideally within Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering, Manufacturing or another complex technical environment.
- Planning & Delivery: Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource management, dependencies and delivery methodologies.
- Risk, Cost & Schedule Management: Experience managing project risks, budgets, forecasts, schedules and delivery performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring teams together.
- Governance & Reporting: Experience with project reporting, change control, KPIs and project governance.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: The ability to take ownership, manage competing priorities, make informed decisions and confidently navigate challenges.
- Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or Power BI would be beneficial.
