Role Overview
This role has been established to drive and manage delivery across a range of LIMOSS market services with focus on DA services initially. The change team manage and deliver market change for both LIMOSS owned market services and third-party services in which we have an interest. This role covers business and technical requirements alongside the management of the project lifecycle. This role would be suited to self-starting individuals who like to solve problems and drive outcomes – experience of the insurance market and systems would be preferable but not essential. This is a permanent role that attracts a salary range up to £70k p.a. plus bonus and benefits.
Direct reports – we work in a matrix structure, but the role requires an ability to work and manage multiple resources and is a change role to both drive change and manage outcomes for LIMOSS/Market.
Linkage to number of vendor organisations as appropriate and will be expected to manage aspects of planning, analysis, delivery/testing as well as commercial requirements alongside LIMOSS sourcing.

- Objective: For specific services, set the change agenda direction and oversee all aspects of change requirements.
- Outcome: Clear Change Direction and Rationale for Service/Product Roadmaps. The market looks to this level of role for direction and coordination.

Objective: Create a structure to capture, review, and assess change requirements, working with market participants to ensure governance, resources, and processes are in place to capture both requirements and solutions for the relevant market services.

- Objective: Act as the single control point for planning, drive, and outcomes for delivery. This includes setting up relevant stakeholder governance and management processes.
- Outcome: Structured end-to-end delivery plan and mobilization of appropriate resources to contribute to and deliver the required outcomes. Clear structure that is dependable and consistent.

Delivery Management
- Objective: Work with vendors and set structure to run project working groups, ensuring plans are tracked with controls and reporting in place.
- Outcome: Reporting tracked delivery schedules and maintained RAID logs. Vendor deliveries are clearly contracted and integrated into the overall delivery plan.
Service Engagement
- Objective: Structure in place for project support to the market service users to ensure that the change activity is supported, and service impacts are covered. Make sure resourcing is well planned.
- Outcome: Market experts and SMEs understand the position and role of change whether in project or BAU/RUN.
Adoption and Market Engagement

Objective: Prepare appropriate market materials to support adoption with key market firms and manage any vendor impacts.

Outcome: Market is sighted on the solution/offering and market impact is understood and well managed.
