Your Role
Project Manager responsible for leading a portfolio of Aftermarket platforms, ensuring successful delivery against cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, the role drives project governance, performance monitoring, resource planning, and programme execution throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage a portfolio of Military Aftermarket projects, ensuring delivery to agreed cost, schedule, quality, and performance targets.
- Act as the primary customer contact at working level, maintaining strong relationships and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Develop, maintain, and control project schedules, baselines, milestones, and performance data.
- Utilise project management tools and techniques to plan, track, and report project progress and outcomes.
- Gather, analyse, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed decision-making.
- Lead and administer project governance activities, including risk reviews, change control boards, and programme reviews.
- Produce and support internal and external project reporting, documentation, and governance deliverables.
- Maintain resource plans and ensure project staffing requirements align with programme demands.
- Ensure compliance with company project management processes and the Collins Management System (CMS).
What You'll Bring
Essential
- 3+ years in an Aftermarket Project Management role, ideally within an aerospace, defence, or high-value manufacturing environment
- Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, APMP)
- Experience acting as main customer point of contact through the Project lifecycle
- Experience managing project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk
- Structured and methodical approach to planning, governance, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Desirable
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with actuation systems, electromechanical or hydraulic equipment
