Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 6 months, extensions likely

Location: Bromley/Hybrid (four times per week requirement in the office)

Salary: circa £83000 per annum

Exciting Opportunity: Project Manager

Our client, a leading player in the banking sector, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. This role, based in Bromley, Greater London, offers the chance to lead impactful projects that drive regulatory reporting and operational performance. If you are a proactive and driven individual with a passion for project management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Document: Take charge of project and remediation requirement documentation, identifying gaps and defining necessary controls to support sustained regulatory compliance.
  • Execution Oversight: Monitor the execution of defined project tasks by tracking deliverables, maintaining project plans, and measuring progress against established key performance indicators.
  • Resource Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage project resources, ensuring role clarity and capacity alignment across various project teams and workstreams.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration among project teams, technology partners, risk management, and multiple lines of business to drive alignment and execution.
  • Project Planning: Utilise appropriate tools and methodologies to plan and organise projects, including technology platforms that support client-facing employees.
  • Risk Navigation: Influence decision-making across partner organisations and drive timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Change Adoption: Assess adoption risks and partner with stakeholders to address readiness, communications, and execution challenges for change initiatives.
  • Integrated Delivery: Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan, proactively identifying risks, defining mitigation strategies, and managing dependencies while escalating issues to stakeholders.
