Project Manager – Annual Report

Location: London (ideally 2-3 days per week at Angel Court)

Permanent/fixed term contract: 5 months fixed term contract (November 2026 to March 2027)

Shift pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager – Annual Report to join our Group External Communications team on a fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of Bupa's most important corporate publications, our 2026 Annual Report & Accounts.

The Annual Report tells the story of how we're progressing against our strategy, transforming our business to become even more customer-focused, and delivering strong financial performance. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of the report, working with teams from across the business and partnering with our external design agency to bring the publication to life.

Key Responsibilities

As our Project Manager – Annual Report, you'll:

• Own and manage the master project plan from kick-off through to publication.
• Create and track timelines, milestones, dependencies and key delivery dates.
• Identify risks early and take action to keep the project on track.
• Make sure the Annual Report is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for our design agency, Radley Yeldar.
• Manage agency deliverables, schedules, costs and performance.
• Coordinate review and approval cycles, making sure feedback is clear and submitted on time.
• Work with content owners across the business to provide clarity on requirements, deadlines and next steps.
• Build strong working relationships that help maintain momentum and accountability.
• Oversee production activities including content flow, design development, proofing and final sign-off.
• Coordinate accessibility, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Support both digital and print publication processes.
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers and decision logs.
• Manage verification and attestation processes with content contributors.
• Capture lessons learned and recommendations to support future reporting cycles.
• Provide additional support on wider corporate communications projects where needed.
