At Albany Beck, you’ll be choosing to work with an organisation that’s passionate about your learning journey and committed to your professional and personal development.

Role Overview

Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple Data and Integration initiatives within a leading Financial Services organisation. The successful candidate will provide project management and delivery coordination across two key Data projects, working closely with development teams led by dedicated Technology and Platform Leads. The technical solution and engineering delivery will remain owned by these leads, with the Project Manager responsible for providing the structure, coordination and governance required to ensure successful execution. Alongside this, the role will support a wider Integration Programme, coordinating with multiple Project Managers to consolidate requirements, dependencies and delivery status across the Data & Digital business area. This is a delivery-focused role requiring someone who can bring structure to complex technology initiatives, remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies and provide clear reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of two Data projects, working closely with Development, Technology and Platform teams.
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans covering activities, milestones, dependencies and key delivery dates.
  • Track progress against agreed plans and proactively identify areas at risk of delay.
  • Maintain oversight of project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability for project actions and deliverables.
  • Provide the structure and governance required to enable technical teams to focus on solution and engineering delivery.
  • Work closely with Tech Leads and Platform Leads to understand delivery priorities and challenges.
  • Identify blockers affecting development and platform teams and proactively coordinate their resolution.
  • Connect delivery teams with other areas of the organisation where additional input, approvals or dependencies are required.
  • Track cross-team dependencies and ensure appropriate actions and owners are established.
  • Escalate material delivery concerns or prioritisation conflicts to management where required.
  • Maintain momentum across workstreams by ensuring actions and decisions are progressed promptly.
  • Support the Data & Digital Tower within a wider Integration Programme.
  • Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to understand requirements impacting the Tower.
  • Gather and consolidate requirements, delivery needs and dependencies across individual programme workstreams.
  • Work with Platform teams to assess and coordinate delivery of programme requirements.
  • Support prioritisation discussions where competing requirements require management approval.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of activity across all relevant streams of work.
  • Identify interdependencies, conflicts and potential delivery risks across the wider programme.
  • Create and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs and dependency trackers.
  • Establish appropriate delivery governance and reporting routines.
  • Produce clear weekly status reports for senior management.
  • Consolidate information from multiple projects and workstreams into concise, accurate reporting.
  • Provide visibility of progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and decisions required.
  • Ensure senior stakeholders have a clear and consistent view of overall delivery status.
  • Track actions and decisions through to completion.
  • Build strong working relationships with Project Managers, Tech Leads, Platform Leads and development teams.
  • Coordinate effectively across multiple technology and business functions.
  • Facilitate project meetings, delivery reviews and cross-team discussions.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve competing priorities and clarify delivery requirements.
  • Communicate risks and delivery concerns clearly to senior management.
  • Ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, timelines and dependencies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
