£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefits
Hybrid / Leicestershire - 2 days a week in the office

The Role and Company
I am looking for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager with a focus on Applications / ERP systems to join a large and well-recognized business headquartered in the Midlands.
This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate required to be on-site 2 days per week on average at the Leicestershire office.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects across the breadth of the Transformation and Technology function. You will lead project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects to schedule, budget, and quality in line with the agreed project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the appropriate project lifecycle
- Manage project teams to ensure effective delivery, setting clear personal objectives and deliverables for each team member.
- Work with individual teams to ensure they input at an appropriate time to the project, and to ensure that all IT standards are maintained.
- Create and manage the project plan for individual or multiple projects, on behalf of IT, the project sponsor, and customer.
- Produce all appropriate project documentation and budget information to the agreed standard.
- Be responsible for delivery to the agreed project benefits case.
- Deliver effective communication to stakeholders, project, and steering teams associated with the project.
- Lead project governance sessions for allocated projects.
- Be involved in periodic reviews of the IT Portfolio framework.
- Input into the demand and capacity management lifecycle, ensuring all enhancements and projects including pipeline demand are allocated resources on the resource schedule.
- Input to Project Management and Office strategy aligning to overall IT strategy.

Experience & Qualifications
- Proven Project Management experience in an enterprise company environment managing a wide range of large (over £2m) technology and transformation projects
- Experience of managing ERP / systems implementations and migrations is essential
- Any experience or knowledge of SAP would be great but is by no means essential
- Preferably Prince 2 qualified to Practitioner level or equivalent framework
