About The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you won’t just manage projects; you will be a strategic partner, guiding customers and system integration partners through complex digital marketing and transformation initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in helping businesses unlock the full potential of advanced digital solutions, delivering measurable results and fostering long-term success. What You’ll Do
- Lead project scoping activities to identify, gather, and analyze business requirements, understand key business drivers, and define effective, innovative solutions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including estimation, scope management, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, budget control, scheduling, and reporting.
- Drive the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and globally distributed teams.
- Oversee project resourcing and commercial activities, including forecasting, time management, and invoicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive sponsors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Apply Agile delivery methodologies to effectively manage project execution and drive continuous improvement.
- Help customers achieve successful digital transformation by providing guidance and best practices across leading digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) practice.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years’ project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects using leading digital experience platforms, with strong knowledge of a key digital experience platform.
- Hands-on experience delivering implementations of these platforms is essential.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and prioritization skills.
- Full professional fluency in English is essential.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with content management systems and/or work management solutions is highly desirable.
- A recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience working with global delivery teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Additional European language skills are advantageous, with German highly desirable.
