What we're looking for?

This is a great role for someone with basic field-based experience. This could be within the Arb industry but we would also be interested to hear from field-based Surveyors or Installation Engineers or ex Armed forces who are looking for a change of industry.

Any tree or horticulture related experience from a practical or project management perspective would be a benefit but is definitely not essential.

To be successful in this role, you must also have:

• Practiced and strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficient and competent IT.
• Well-developed team management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and balance demands from numerous sources to ensure that all stakeholder needs are met.
• Excellent Customer Service.

You will need a driving licence as you will be driving to rural locations on a regular basis. Full training will be provided.
