About the Role

We are working with a leading multidisciplinary architecture and design practice, known for delivering complex and innovative projects across a wide range of sectors, which is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience within architectural practice, with proven project management experience across all phases of projects through to post-occupancy. You will be responsible for leading and managing multiple complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients while ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role within an established international practice, contributing to project delivery, client relationships, business development, and staff development. You will work closely with senior management and project architects while supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and technically advanced projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage project scope, budgets, programmes, resources, fees, and project delivery
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships and lead project meetings and presentations
  • Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and construction administration
  • Support fee proposals, contracts, business development, and client presentations
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to project teams
  • Promote BIM, sustainable design, and integrated project delivery throughout projects

Key Skills/Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture with substantial architectural project management experience
  • Registered Architect/licensed professional preferred; NCARB and LEED credentials advantageous
  • Proven experience managing complex projects across all project stages
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction, building systems, and technical coordination
  • Excellent understanding of project budgets, programmes, staffing, and resource management
  • Strong BIM and Integrated Project Delivery knowledge
  • Proficiency in Revit required; AutoCAD and 3D modelling experience preferred
  • Experience with Deltek Vision, Newforma, MS Project/Primavera advantageous
  • Strong communication, leadership, organisation, and client-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
