PROJECT MANAGER required in London for our global client!
I'm working with a leading international architecture and design practice looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its London team ASAP!
This is a key project leadership position, responsible for managing complex architectural projects from initial stages through to completion. Working alongside the design and architectural teams, you will ensure projects are delivered successfully in terms of programme, budget, quality, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects across all project stages.
- Develop and oversee project programmes, budgets, resources, and consultant teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and resolve programme or coordination issues.
- Support fee proposals, project scopes, and consultant appointments.
- Oversee construction-stage activities and ensure projects remain aligned with the original design intent.
- Lead project teams and support the development and mentoring of junior staff.

About You
You will have a degree in Architecture or equivalent relevant experience, with a strong background working within an architectural practice and experience managing projects through multiple stages.

You should have excellent client-facing and communication skills, a strong understanding of project programmes, staffing, and budgets, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams. Knowledge of BIM/Revit and architectural building systems would also be highly beneficial.
This would suit an experienced architectural Project Manager who enjoys combining client management, team leadership, and project delivery within a collaborative, design-focused environment.
