Project Manager – Audit Technology & Transformation

MUST BE A QUALIFIED Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a programme of technology implementation, digital transformation and business change projects within a professional services environment.

Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with senior business sponsors, operational teams and external technology providers to introduce new systems, improve processes and ensure new ways of working are successfully adopted.

Your first major project will be the implementation of the Inflo audit platform across the Assurance function. This will form the initial phase of a wider digital transformation programme involving new technology, automation and AI-enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

Project delivery

  • Lead the planning and delivery of technology and business change projects
  • Develop clear project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery requirements
  • Coordinate internal teams, senior stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Track progress, manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
  • Provide clear and regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are successfully embedded into day-to-day operations

Inflo implementation

  • Lead the rollout of the Inflo audit platform across the Assurance function
  • Coordinate system configuration, testing and deployment
  • Ensure the platform aligns with existing audit workflows and methodology
  • Work closely with Audit and Compliance teams to support successful implementation
  • Manage training, transition, user support and adoption across the audit team
  • Ensure the platform supports regulatory compliance and improves audit efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
