The Role

The Project Manager will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of social media content and campaigns for MG Motor UK, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed briefs and brand standards. Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, the role will manage content calendars, project timelines, client feedback, resources and campaign deliverables. Working closely with creative, social media and production teams, the Project Manager will support the smooth delivery of always-on content, campaign activity and brand partnerships across MG Motor UK’s social media channels.

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines and deliverables, ensuring activity remains on schedule and aligned with the agreed client brief.
  • Ensure content and campaign assets meet MG Motor UK’s brand guidelines, quality standards and agreed objectives.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, delays or changes to scope, working with relevant stakeholders to agree appropriate solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, adapting plans where briefs, timelines or business requirements change.

Client and stakeholder communication

  • Act as a primary day-to-day point of contact for MG Motor UK’s social media and production stakeholders.
  • Lead regular client status meetings and provide clear updates on project progress, deliverables, risks and next steps.
  • Coordinate and respond to client feedback, ensuring changes are communicated clearly to the relevant internal teams.
  • Provide appropriate client updates before, during and after content shoots and campaign activity.

Content calendar and production coordination

  • Work with the Social Media Content Creator to develop and maintain the master content calendar.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, videographers, graphic designers and other creative colleagues to maintain an effective pipeline of high-quality, social-first content.
  • Ensure briefs, feedback, approvals and final assets are shared with the relevant stakeholders at the appropriate stage of each project.
  • Support the coordination of content shoots and production activity where required.

Partnership activation

  • Coordinate social media deliverables for MG Motor UK’s brand and sponsorship partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure contractual deliverables and co-branded content are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Maintain appropriate oversight and quality control across partnership activity.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, trackers and records.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
