Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Oldham. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects, coordinating scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes for clients. Daily activities include:

The role involves aligning technical deliverables with business objectives, preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that project documentation, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met. The Project Manager will work closely with developers, designers, analysts, and operations staff to support smooth execution and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely delivery of project tasks and critical materials.
  • Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Logistics Management skills to oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination.
  • Relevant experience managing software, IT, or digital transformation projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Business, Engineering, IT, or Project Management) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is advantageous.
