Job Description

Sysco (whose UK operating companies include Brakes, Fresh Direct, KFF & Medina) is recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Commercial Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives that support our Commercial Sales & Service function, helping to drive business transformation across the UK and Europe.

This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week at our Hemel Hempstead or Ashford, Kent, office, with occasional European travel required. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including business sponsors, technology teams, third-party partners, and senior leaders, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned to business objectives. It is highly advantageous to be fluent in French.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from supporting business case development and defining project scope through to implementation and successful transition into business-as-usual operations. You will manage project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed quality standards. You will also be responsible for stakeholder communications, governance compliance, risk and issue management, and change control, ensuring delivery remains aligned to business priorities and strategic goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
